Click here for Academy only registration - This link is for Academy only registration for U9/U10 players that are not playing in a BAYFA Academy. An Academy only player is required to register through their home association per North Texas rules, and this form will prevent inclusion in the recreational player pool by mistake. If you play Recreational and Academy you should use the Recreational registration link.
